This new RNC Ad shows former President Bill Clinton on August 22, 1996 – 16 years ago yesterday – explaining why it is important to have the work requirement in Welfare. It then shifts to video of a younger Barack Obama saying “I was not a wild – huge supporter of the Federal Plan that was signed in 1996.”

On July 12 this year, Barack Obama gutted Welfare Reform by issuing an order that allows states to get around requirement work for Welfare.
