Am I hearing correctly? Fake Snow!

After the recent snowstorm on January 28th, 2014 along the east coast I noticed a decrease in the snowpack in my neighborhood. I then starting to investigate why because it hasn’t been above freezing in some time and the snowfall was only a dusting. I then stumbled across a few videos saying that the snow was fake so I decided to try to debunk the claims but instead I just proved it.
