(Before It's News)

Weather Alert Central.com – A severe weather event that started in the plains yesterday will impact the Carolinas into Virginia today into Wednesday, bringing severe thunderstorms capable of tornadoes.

An unusually strong cyclone across the East-Central United States zones brought tornadoes to areas west of the focus spot yesterday.  These dynamics will move eastward today through Wednesday into the Carolinas and Virginia with multiple rounds of fronts likely.

Given the atmosphere’s shear along these lines, the strong shear will promote damaging wind potential as well as tornadoes across the red-shaded zones in the image placed in this article.  Because the server is preparing for the WACweather App release, no alerts will be issued for this events … however the area in red would be under the WACweather Tornado Watch product so you have your forecast here if in those areas.
