WACweather Is Back And Applications For Phones Are Coming Soon Along With Our Winter Storm Names Release
After a 2 week leave which left the website down, WACweather will be returning this week. Currently a severe outbreak is happening across the South/Southeast States and products may be released for such starting tomorrow as the site gets into the swing of things.
WACweather has a new APP Facebook page for all products. It will be run by the app when alerts go out.

An application for the alerts will be released in the next 10 days we hope, for Android and iOS devices, including IPads. This application has been completed and will be undergoing review at all stores soon.
Winter Storm Names. Many of our viewers know that we’ve been doing this for many years now, since before the year 2000. Our winter storm criteria must have a surface low pressure center. It will not be by population like TWC’s (which copied our idea and won’t admit it) but it will be for ANY surface low that generates winter storm/blizzard conditions. We also categorize the storms. More on that will be available down the line. Here are the names -
