Many parts of Northern VA through the New York City/Long Island and even some of Southern New England Regions will see snowfall through Friday, the official start of the astronomical Spring of 2015. Many areas will see heavy snowfall across Northern VA through Philadelphia, PA, east into most of New Jersey. Snowfall will cover the ground across New York City as well.
This storm system is due to start across VA now and move through the night into Friday across the rest of the areas within the snow forecast chart embedded in this article.
