A very large carved trough across the Eastern United States will bring rapid height falls into this region through today which will bring a large area of instability and lift across the entire Florida Peninsula.  This, plus shear in the area will bring damaging wind potential, large hail in the strongest storms, and even the risk of isolated tornadoes where shear is maximized from Tampa, Orlando, and Cape Canaveral.
