HAARP RED ALERT: Massive flooding, earthquakes and tornadoes projected

The HAARP Status Network has been busy lately and reporters are detecting red alerts now over California, with a pink alert (highest) remaining across the southern United States. Earthquake and weather signatures are being detected combined.
The pink alert is already known: Tropical Storm Bill. Forecasters are thinking it will weaken and not do too much inland, but it likely will strengthen due to these signals being reported by our reporters who are reporting high frequency changes across the southern United States and, as I said prior, those in Dallas need to prepare for a major event to come.
