Everything in the military is accounted for with tons of paper trail. If a dime is missing, it can be found if they want to. It is way past time for serious prosecution.
At least 50 years more advanced is what people working at area 51 say, not 20. Also they use nuclear tunnel boring machines to melt the rock face at a rate of many miles per day without the need to remove debri outside. This machine was patented back in the 60s or 70s at los alamos laboratories but never allowed commerical usage on the surface. In other words its a secret machine only for government projects. The conventional machines grind the earth, not melt it, and move at a pace of several hundred feet per day at most.
Thats a lot of money BTW.
Where is it spent? Well, its not above ground obviously.
The promise of a “Wonderful World of the Future” from the 50s and 60s is obviously being “enjoyed” (or suffered) by a community completely isolated from the one that those of us on the surface know.

I guess they lost all that GOLD in Fort Knox and they lost all that GOLD underneath the Twin Towers on 911
