Then why are they stepping things up? Can this also be interpreted as a war warning? Ok, if they aren’t preparing for a “test” WHAT ARE THEY PREPARING FOR? USAGE? AS-IN DEPLOYMENT?
Camoufage netting, special vehicles … seriously, THESE are the parameters we are using to “detect” a nuclear threat?
