We like to think of ourselves as aware of the planet and of the environment. But how aware are we of the people? In the developed world we enjoy and value our freedom of choice. However this is not possible for a growing number of people who are trafficked.
A humanitarian group called Freedom For All (i) were behind this video (below) as it shows in stark and basic terms what is actually going on in the world TODAY. The fact that this is prolific and going on in the 21st Century is shocking. According to Unicef “human trafficking is the 2nd largest criminal industry in the world reaping an estimated $32 billion in the trade of human beings”.
