(N.Morgan) In a shocking discovery, I found a news clip report in which they actually call out FEMA for being a shadow govt. and explain how they will indeed take over everything in the event this country suffers a massive disaster/terror attack or any event they deem dangerous enough for them to do a complete take over. They become our govt. in the wake of a disastrous event! In this KMOV Channel 4 News Saint Louis report, it is reported that FEMA is a shadow government and police force, something that most Americans have no idea about. Please google “HR 645 congress seeks to legalize FEMA camps”, as in concentration camps to be run by FEMA under martial law after a national emergency is declared.
