[Brown Deer, Wisc...] Gov. Scott Walker signed right-to-work into law on Monday at Badger Meter, Inc. in Brown Deer. Walker signature makes Wisconsin the 25th right-to-work state in the country. Badger Meter CEO Rich Meeusen said he plans to open a new production line in Milwaukee thanks to the law. Without right-to-work, Meeusen said the jobs would have went to their Mexico plant.
