AKs in Vegas: The Kalashnikovs of SHOT (PHOTOS)
The AK may have been born in Mother Russia but it has been fully embraced in the states as evidenced in the exhibition halls at SHOT Show 2017.

Located in Las Vegas, Fuller was at the Dead Air Suppressor’s booth with a couple of his babies.
Arsenal was in attendance with a pair of new guns including the SAM7SFK Short Barrel Rifle, at far right, and the SLR-107R rifle. The SLR-107R is an entry level stamped receiver, 7.62×39 caliber rifle with a fixed stock that retails for $879. And yes, that is plum furniture.
Taking a closer look at the SAM7SFK, the little SBR is in 7.62x39mm with a chrome lined hammer forged 8.5-inch barrel. MSRP is $2,499
Arsenal’s SLR 106UR pistol, a Bulgarian offering in 5.56mm.
How about the Arsenal SLR-106-23 in 5.56mm with sand furniture and left-side folding stock.
Remington’s AAC subsidiary showcased a line of flash hiders that included AK Variants, showing the Kalash is popping up everywhere
And of course Kalashnikov USA was on hand with their offerings
