Jason Patrick, Malheur Defendant, Ordered to Leave His Own Hearing by US Marshals – Portland, OR

Jason Patrick, one of the remaining defendants on trial in Portland, OR for charges related to the stand at Malheur Refuge, was ordered out of his own hearing. The first notification came from Patrick himself, posted on his Facebook page. “***Attention*** **Please like, share and comment on this post? I was just ordered to leave the courthouse by US Marshals.”
Libertyfight.com reports, ” OPB reported yesterday that at Tuesday’s hearing, when U.S. District court Judge Anna Brown walked into the court to begin proceedings, everyone stood except Patrick, at which point Judge Brown asked “Is there a reason you didn’t stand, Mr. Patrick?” To which he replied “I’ll stand for the jury.” Judge Brown didn’t push the issue, replying “Allright, we’ll leave it at that.” – See that report at: http://libertyfight.com/2017/Feb/Jason-Patrick-ordered-to-leave-court-armed-cop.html#sthash.BmS7D4EF.dpuf

Jason Patrick is a strong, good man who loves his God, his family, and his country. He has been standing for a year under great personal restrictions and persecution. These are good people, great Americans. Jason Patrick has a RIGHT to be at his own hearing. They deserve our support. It matters how we stand!
