Wikileaks is going to reveal what’s inside Vault 7. If you don’t know what Vault 7 is, it’s quite simply what they coin a seed vault. But is there more to it?
This seed vault is in the Arctic Circle and what makes it interesting is how fast they built it – in a little over nine months. So they built it in haste.

This has some very very interesting tin-foil hat consequences associated to it. This whole idea of seed vaults are not necessarily a bad thing. In case of any catastrophe you have a seed vault on another part of the planet so just in case something happens to, say, the United States isn’t it nice that we might have some seeds tucked away in order to weather the storm…

Why would they put the seed vault in a place where the seeds wont grow?
Because it’s a desert with very little temperature variation and stored seeds need to be kept dry.
Anywhere else and some form of air conditioning would be required which would be susceptible to power outages.
