(N.Morgan) HAARP has been a much debated subject that is becoming more well known and acknowledged. This govt program was first utilized as a tool of war. Now, it is used against the American people. HAARP not only effects the atmosphere, but is effecting our health and food supply. Droughts, severe weather and mind control. It has been proven that HAARP can make you hear things that aren’t there and put thoughts in your mind. Another aspect of HAARP is the Blue Beam Project. A holographic program that can simulate reality. Another word,s make things appear to be right in front of you, that aren’t. It is only an illusion.
Project Blue Beam is a top secret operation of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States of America.
