(N.Morgan) A very well put together video explaining how HAARP works and how it could be used to destroy the Earth. The weather system has been effected by the use of this weapon in controlling the weather and climate. The Jet Stream is no longer on its regular cycle, but is often erratic and it makes it very hard to predict the weather conditions. We know this weapon could be used to kill millions of people, so the question I pose to all of you is why isn’t anyone doing anything about it? I and other people I know have called our local representatives, to be told they have no clue what we are talking about. They are in complete denial about what is happening.
From Global Research: Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report, “offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary’, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes: ‘Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies.” In 1977, an international Convention was ratified by the UN General Assembly which banned ‘military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects.’ It defined ‘environmental modification techniques’ as ‘any technique for changing –through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.’
According to the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques:
The term “environmental modification techniques” refers to any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space. I am realizing more and more that a lot of BIN readers do not want the truth. There are many shills and trolls that lurk around here. Just look at the click hits of those contributors that are hell bent on sensationalism. You on the other hand are more focused on getting the real truth out, like Alternative media should be. Haarp is real and they(nwo) are ruining our sky, land and crops. Rain has not come as a result of their so called cloud seeding, in fact it just produces wind and dust storms with very little precipitation. No crops are able to grow naturally like back in the day, so a lot of farmers don’t even try to grow anymore. I believe the soil is becoming too polluted with chemicals that prevent natural growth. The wind is more fierce and when it moves east it produce a lot of tornadoes affecting the eastern U.S.
What they are doing is unconscionable that they are destroying the earth and wanting to depopulate the peoples. What if they get it in their dementia to spray poison or a plague then what? I pray for our sky and curse those uglies that poop in the air leaving their nasty chemicals. It will come to a head soon enough, until that day I will keep having faith in Jesus Christ return and keep on the path of truth through Jesus Christ. This is the only way to walk with the Lord Jesus Christ in these end of days! God Bless You!

H.A.A.R.P. is real and fully functional as of today! Now that is the mother of all truth! Why are tptb scrubbing the internet from sensitive material? What do they have to hide, since we are a Nation of free speech.
Important Update: Since the original publication of this report, some external webpages linked to were removed. We used archive.org to find copies of the disappeared pages. And a July 2013 article stated HAARP was officially shuttered in June 2013. Yet a May 2014 article contradicts this stating it will close “after a final research experiment takes place in mid-June” of 2014. This may be an excuse to stop the live broadcasting of HAARP’s signals on a public website, which provided fodder for conspiracy theorists. With all the intense secrecy around the project for reasons of “national security,” it’s hard to know what is really happening.

HARP was real but failed to produce any significant results so it was shut down and abandoned. That’s the truth.
