NASA presents as evidence on a world-wide scale an official top-secret document discovered with detailed plans that were hatched in the “embryonic days” of the “Cold War”, and calls for total control of the masses including manipulation by use of the citizens’ pastime, education, industry and political leanings.
Clearly, this is a psychological operation that has been in the works as far back as the late 1940’s, slowly and gradually having authorities apply these detailed plans until all were in place.
