We’re right at the beginning stage of the 47th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP), and all eyes are on the Canadian poker pro Evan Jarvis as he looks to tie the Main Event cash record. Since conception, WSOP has 3 top countries consistently winning the most number of WSOP bracelets: USA (879), Canada (49) and UK (34).
However, winners from non-USA countries are treated differently with 30% of their game winnings going towards IRS withholding tax.
