Under the Old Testament law – The New Law of Christ is spiritually discerned, and therein lays the reason for the confusion.

The true followers of Jesus are not under the Old Testament law of bondage, but the new law of liberty which is in Christ. The covenant of Christ was established upon better promises (Heb 8:6). Also the new law of Christ is spiritually discerned, and therein lays the reason for the confusion. Very few understand the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the gift of being Born Again. The false teachers declare the commandments of men, and are devoid of the Spirit of Christ, leading many to damnation.
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah.
Christ our redeemer indeed had a most excellent ministry, and is the mediator of a superior covenant. Those who were under the Old Testament law were the Hebrews. With the arrival of Jesus came the New Testament promises to all of mankind.
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD.
Christ’s second covenant unto mankind was to take away their sins. Instead of allowing a covering for them as was the case under the old testament law, He became the final sacrifice, and is the law.
None who are in Christ can be under the Old Testament law
Jer 31:33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
This passage refers to the whole house of Israel which includes all believers in Christ. Those that truly embrace the words of the Lord Jesus are most definitely not under the Old Testament law. Those filled with the Holy Spirit are the Elect, chosen unto Christ. The promise of eternal life which is incorruption and immortality is the hope of the Spirit filled believer and is our assurance unto Salvation.
Isa 51:4 Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
Isa 51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
Isa 51:7 Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.
Isaiah is referring to the followers of Jesus, who is God manifest in the flesh. It is and will always be Christ Jesus that men despise. Those who are void of the truth that only comes through Christ, serve their father the devil, and share in his hatred of the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world.
Isaiah prophesizes of a people that would know the new law of Christ and it would be in their hearts and minds. Those who follow the New Testament law of Jesus are not under the Old Testament law , and at the last day receive redemption at the second coming of Jesus.
Isa 51:11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy [shall be] upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
This is the second gathering of the true Israel of God. This is the church of Jesus Christ, and is a future prophecy yet to happen.
James 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

The second commandment of the new the law of Christ is fulfilled in this; thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself (Gal 5:14). This was not realized by most under the Old Testament law, as it was spiritually discerned.

We are not under the Old Testament law, but the law of Christ’s grace. To claim to be under the Old Testament law when we have access to the new law of Christ, is self righteousness unto death.

Those of the religions of judaism and christianity, who claim to be under the Old Testament law do not have a personal relationship with the creator Christ the King.

Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
We need to be led by the spirit of truth, which declares that we are not under the Old Testament law of bondage, but the law of Christ wherein we can have liberty.

Again it is not at all about religious persuasions or doctrines of men, but a new life in Christ. This can only be understood by those who are taught of the Holy Spirit, which is given to the faithful who come to Jesus as little children.
Gal 6:16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
The Israel of God represents all believers who are in Christ.

Destine –Please understand– the word LAW in Jeremiah 31: 33 is the Hebrew word “TORAH”!

The old law (judaism) was for the preparation for the coming (birth) of Christ. Christ came and established the new law/covenant. To follow old law is to say that Christ has not come yet. It is a rejection of Christ and therefore satanic. You are not a Christian.
In Matthew, Christ was referring to the 10 Commandments. Do not confuse the old law of judaism with the Law of the Commandments. They are a separate issue. The Commandments are moral, natural law and are written on the hearts of men. Judaism is not. Christ’s new law/covenant can be found in the unchangeable Catholic doctrine.

The logical question being; does anyone of your faith actually believe that God’s plan for mankind has come into fruition already? The answer to such an absurd query is clearly no! So, exactly what does this anomaly mean? Well folks, it means precisely what Jesus said it means. That not one punctuation mark, not one title, not one single thing in the Law has been altered by Christ’s birth, crucifixion or ultimate resurrection. To suggest otherwise is to arrogantly contradict Jesus, to infer that he is mistaken or a liar! Bearing false witness is bad enough without targeting our Passover and soon to be King, Jesus Christ. I would caution all against doing so.
Just to clarify the misunderstanding, the New Covenant is about the power of love. It is Christ’s purposeful simplification of the Law because man just cannot follow it. This had nothing at all to do with fulfillment in the sense of completion, or being obsolete, nor did it conjure the removal of God’s commandments. The revised covenant comes from the mindset that if you love God you will obey Him, if you love your neighbor you will not bed their spouse, steal from them or when angrily take their life.
Love or agape effectively covers nine of God’s ten commandments in one solitary word. We can all agree, Jesus is pretty amazing! The remaining commandment, the forth is about God’s required appointed time, the seventh day Sabbath. Something the Mormons referenced in the article offend replacing God’s seventh day Sabbath defiantly worshiping instead on the first day of the week. Ironically while claiming to be Christian they honor their version of god on the day of the week exactly opposite of the Eternal God’s required Sabbath. Not so coincidently Sunday is the day of the worship in Baal. You remember the idolatrous shenanigans that resulted in the sons of Israel wondering in the wilderness for forty years. The scripture goes on to spell out exactly how to calculate each Holy Day. These Holy Days depict different phases of God’s plan for mankind. That is why God requires our participation. If any of you assume ignoring God’s instruction is benign and without consequence you’d be wrong. See how a similar perverted way of thinking is described in scripture;

They believe that this spirit then according to his or her previous behavior will either ascend to Heaven to be with God or descend to hell plagued by everlasting torture. Am I right? Actually neither one of those things are true. The idea of ascending to Heaven first originated with Satan the devil. Although it certainly was his aspiration, it was never part of God’s plan.

John 3:11 ” Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.”
In contrast we look to the example Jesus Christ provide us of how and what to pray for. That prayer appears to categorically conflict with any notion of man going to heaven but alternatively it suggests that the Kingdom of God will be coming to earth. This little detail is extremely important, don’t you think?
Mat 6:9 “After this manner therefore pray ye. Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
Let’s now take brief a glance at Revelations for a bit more clarity. In the following passage God’s plan is outlined in the most undeniable way. Not even the infamous Joseph Smith can lie well enough to stifle God’s Word.
The Mormons believe that God is a cruel ogre who if disobeyed would torture His children for all eternity. This demeans Yahweh who according to scripture is a God of unquestionable love and mercy. The symbolism of permanent destruction, fire and brimstone have been taken literally and the word eternal has been misapplied. The penalty for sin is death, not torture! I suppose I should mention this doctrine came from the harlot, the Catholic Church. The actual price one has to pay for sin is highlighted in Romans.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Mormons celebrate Nimrod’s birthday. They of course contend that they’re doing it to honor the the birth of Jesus Christ’s, however most are more than aware that Jesus was born at the end of harvest not during the dead of winter. December 25th is not only Nimrod’s birthday, it’s the winter solace in Baal. The Christmas tree originates from a time shortly after Nimrod’s death. His wife/mother claimed that new growth on an old tree stump was the return of Nimrod’s spirit. Gifts were left in his honor and it became an annual event.
I apologize for going on about all this, but clarity was warranted. My point in bringing all this out is not to bash the Mormons. Fact is most of Christendom shares these ungodly beliefs. I want and pray for their enlightenment, for their salvation. There are many people whom I love dearly who that at this stage do not have an eye to see with or and ear to hear with. I believe that will soon change. In closing let me remind everyone it really, really matters what you believe. Worshiping a false depiction of God or Christ is Idolatry. Don’t take anyone’s word when it comes to your salvation. Put everything to the test.

Rev. 21: 2 “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. Read this a couple times and give it the opportunity to really sink in. This is God’s plan. It may not be what the the Catholics, the Mormons or the Born Again crown advocates, nevertheless this is the miraculous plan God has in store for us right here on earth. There is only one Way of Salvation – through GOD’s redemptive plan. The great truth of revealed relationship with HIM is that one is chosen for the purpose of being the instrument and channel of GOD’s mercy and grace to ‘the nations’ of the whole earth. The Spirit of GOD dwelling in the heart is able to counteract the strongest force of the evil nature.

So Words of Scripture are a pouting lecture? There has to be some growing up spiritually and seriously so. Regarding Paul and Peter writing about wives submitting to their husbands and keeping quiet: they were speaking of certain instances when (a) woman/women found out she/they always had every right to speak about God’s Things but were suborned because of the culture back then. The entire world did turn upside down, back then, when people were realizing Truth into the New Covenant.
Some women and probably men, too, were rudely and perhaps loudly interrupting gatherings while people were being instructed out of the Old Covenant and into the New Covenant. Naturally he would have had to instruct against doing that.
We must understand how some translators, had their own agenda on “authority”. God’s Definition is/was never meant to FORCE something on someone.
Does our Lord really expect someone to command another to obey under submission or Does He really mean for each of us to yield lovingly to one another.

It seems you have come to understand the majority of the doctrines of so called Christianity are false. I am happy for you.
To expand my points:
Some believe they were “born again” at baptism, that is false. As the person comes up out of the water they are symbolically joining Christ in the resurrection to life eternal. The 2nd birth is to spirit not flesh, that which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which born of the spirit is Spirit! Once born again at the first resurrection the Saints will have the same immortal spirit body as Christ.
“I have a thing about the Torah” — yes I do! — Christ did accomplish and fulfill every prophecy regarding His time on earth and He was accounted perfect and without blemish as He lived perfectly by every single thing taught by the Torah. We are also judged by the Torah and all Christ taught came from the Torah.
Christ taught we are to follow HIM! Christ lived by the Torah and those that follow HIM must also.
The two great commandments love God and love neighbor are the foundation of the Torah, THE LAW, and the Torah is the Foundation of the WORD of God of both the Old and the New,
Abraham kept the Torah Matthew 26: 5 and every thing Christ taught came directly from the Torah.
The Torah IS THE WORD OF GOD, God, Jesus Christ, spoke the 5 Books of Moses to Moses on the mountain. The Torah is so HOLY God had Moses place the Torah in the Ark of the Covenant on which the Throne of God sits and both are in the Holy of Holies.
If you, as the many do, believe Christ came to abolish the Torah and basically the Old Testament, if you believe HE LIVE “IT’ FOR US, thus we do not need to – you are misunderstanding the Word of God.
I won’t bother to post the many words of Christ teaching we are to live by the 10 Commandments and the Torah except to point to this teaching of Christ: Matthew 23: 1- 3. The majority just agree to close their eyes when they come upon scripture stating that fact.
The “consideration” of the first contract has not been omitted; it has been filled to the full. The Law of the first contract was physical, we are not to kill another, in the new we are not to think in our minds about killing another.
The Law is now spiritual. The LAW is now COMPLETE – not abolished.

You pull (ed) just a couple of verses, which are in the first place misunderstood because of the attitude by those who translated them. Have you researched on the translators? The Bible does not say that a woman cannot teach a man about Christ. Priscilla, along with her husband, taught Apollos the way of God more accurately Acts 18:24-26. To show just how those verses you used are incorrectly translated, thus incorrectly used:
Acts 18.24-26 Meanwhile, a Jew named Apollos, an eloquent speaker who knew the Scriptures well, had arrived in Ephesus from Alexandria in Egypt. He had been taught the way of the Lord, and he taught others about Jesus with an enthusiastic spirit and with accuracy. However, he knew only about John’s baptism. When Priscilla and Aquila heard him preaching boldly in the synagogue, they took him aside and explained the way of God even more accurately.
It does not say women cannot exercise spiritual gifts. The four daughters of Phillip had the gift of prophecy Acts 21:9.
1Corinthians 14:3 tells us “But one who prophesies speaks to men for edification and exhortation and consolation.” Thus prophesy and other gifts can be used between women and men.
It does not say that women cannot evangelize. Lydia, after being converted, had regular fellowships in her home and evangelized others Acts 16:14,40.
Joel 2:28-29 And it shall come to pass afterward, That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.

Lording it over others is just what the political “leaders” do, here, and the world over. Likewise, just as many “leaders” in any denomination or “religion” do so here and the world over as well as in small gatherings.
There is a satanic lie directly “refuting” how our Holy God Views 1/2 of His family; women. It is this terribly dangerous act against God that is one of the causes of the great falling away from Him which has been occurring all these centuries and is in steadfast place right now.
When people, the creation and not the Creator, take the unholy stance as the head, (Christ and ONLY HE is the Head), the satanic falling away prophesied to take place is here.
The “lording it over” applies to preachers etc. who lord it over “their” audience as it also applies to some husbands who lord it over their wives expecting them to “obey” in their teaching of God’s Things. This is so dangerous because each individual will be solely responsible, in the end, to answer to God for him or herself.
Acts 18:1-3 states that Paul came to Corinth and stayed with and worked with a Jewish husband/wife tent making team named Aquila and Priscilla. We can assume that by staying in their home and working with them, they would have not only understood Paul’s doctrine, but more importantly, would have caught the essence of his heart. It is safe to say that his being there for that season in their lives would have impacted them greatly.
Aquila and Priscilla later heard Apollos in the synagogue. When Aquila and Priscilla heard Apollos expound the Scriptures, they realized that he was a man with the right heart, but he needed further explanation of the Gospel. They took him aside and then the unthinkable happened. Priscilla, along with her husband, taught a man.
Now, it would seem that if Paul really believed and taught that a woman should not teach a man, does not it make good sense that Priscilla, having him around him both day and night for one year and six months (Acts 18:1 1), would have known that it was not the perfect plan of God to have done such a “hideous” deed? Would not she have backed off and either verbally or quietly made it known to her husband that to explain the Gospel to a man was her husband’s job alone? John’s baptism which is the water baptism. In order to understand what God’s Will is, we have to be baptized with His Holy Breath.
Romans 16:10-2 I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is a deacon/servant/minister of the church in Cenchrea, that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and assist her in whatever business she has need of you; for indeed she has been a helper of many and of myself also.

The Bible clearly gives a very high view of women, especially when one looks at their position in the culture of the times. In the ancient world women were considered more property than persons. They were purchased with a dowry, they had to have total obedience to the will of their husbands, and they could not participate in any governmental or political actions. In ancient Palestine a man could divorce a woman by giving her a hand-written note (for an offense a slight as burning the evening meal) and their testimony was not permissible in a court of law.
Given this history, let’s see how God approaches women in the Bible. The first person to see the resurrected Christ was a woman. The first European convert was a woman; Acts 16:14. The only followers of Jesus to stand with Him in his crucifixion were women. There were woman in the upper room and anointed with the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost; Acts 1:14, 2:1-4. Jesus was born to an earthly mother, but not an earthly father Matthew. 1:18,etc.. Only a woman understood Christ’s upcoming death; Mark 14:8. These actions show that women played a part as crucial to Christ’s ministry as the men. The women were the only ones brave enough to stand at Calvary or the first ones at the empty tomb. Remember, a woman’s testimony was inadmissible in a court of law, so the incident not only makes the disciples look bad, but actually undermines from their assertion that it happened at all!

Dear Mayhem: When one puts all of the previous verses together while using His Spiritual Guidance then [Galatians 3:28: There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus] is very simple to understand. Remember, the Simplicity that is in Christ.
In Galatians 3:28 the scriptures explicitly state that women hold a position of equal value and importance to men: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” When the Messiah was born, He was presented to the prophetess Anna as well as Simeon, again showing the equality of importance in women as well as men.
Mayhem’s: As for your “huge point” i can’t find any reference to Mary Magdalene being sent to teach anything rather than proclaim the risen Messiah. Which the apostles promptly ignored presumably because they presupposed the woman lacked credibility.

Dear Mayhem: Here’s my answer just touching on the topic of violence in the New Covenant. (That’s another entire disgraceful topic concerning most of today religious.) I’ve heard many of today’s religious use the following verses to justify violence and wars. “Because, after all, if it was OK for Jesus to be “violent” (as being referred to in the following verses according to the pastors), then it’s OK for the rest of us.” Remember, we’re in His New Covenant.
Well, first of all, Jesus was not “violent”anywhere AT ANY TIME! He chased off men who were selling His Father’s House (they do even much worse in the false churches today) and turned over the money tables.]

2) – Are Eph 5:23, 1 Cor 11:3 as well as 1 Tim 2:12 all poorly translated?
3) – Acts 18:26 says “explain” – G1620 – ektithémi not “teach” – G1318 – didaktos.
4) – Prophesying isn’t “teaching” therefore 1Cor 14:3, Joel 2:28 and Acts 2:17 are also misapplied.
5) – Phoebe was an administrator not a teacher.
6) – Mary Magdalene told what she saw she didn’t teach anything.
7) – Older woman are only to teach, womanly things, to younger women (Titus 2:3)
8) – Misogyny means hatred/mistrust toward women and PC is what folk use when they can’t find the answer in the Bible. What did i add?

Ever since The Holy One, Christ, Woke me up ten years ago, one of the first things I have never done, is to attempt to or actually take credit for anything I’ve done on behalf of God. I leave that up to God. I give all credit to God.

After all, we, all of us, have to admit that we are simply nothing at all without God. He Will give us the Holy Wisdom/Spirit if we seek it with all of our being. He Will Know when we are serious about that. It’s His Job!!! No one can or should ever take credit for what He Gives Freely. However, if leaving off a link offended you, I apologize. But, when we put God’s Words together, they tells us His Truth on this issue and not take a carnal/earthly opinion as truth.
Many of the ones who keep trying to take God’s place are grabbing titles and people that are reserved for God Only
to themselves!
These worldly “pastors”, “priests” who are called father this or that “, “reverends”, “rabbis”, “elders” ,”deacons”, “imams” “bishops”, “popes” etc. then take credit for themselves on many things resulting in their belief that making $$$ off of the Holy One’s Back is actually alright with God!!!

me: Re: the educational and Truthful historical article that “Lenny” wrote; I didn’t even know the man’s name nor did I actually have the link. It never occurred to me that anything I did was amiss. (I explained that in the above post) I just came across the article a few months ago and thought it was so worth saving for several reasons.
I knew what he wrote to be true.. (Christ Showed me of course.)…..The author wrote that article so well AND it was so interesting to read!
