Russian Captures Rod-like UFO via Drone Camera as it Shoots Across the Sky (Video)

On October 19, 2016 a Drone-enthusiast while flying his drone in the Tver region, Russia Claims he caught a UFO on camera shooting across the sky at incredible speed.
In the first video you will see the unidentified flying object what looks like a rod-like ufo speeding towards the drone while the second video shows enlarged and clear images of the object.

That might be a missile traveling so fast the camera can only capture the image like a blur. Are there any troops in the area?
