Baton Rouge, La. –– Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus is now enrolling students in a new associate’s degree program in Process Technology.
About Process Technology
The new program prepares students for entry-level careers working on pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, boilers and furnaces in a variety of industrial fields, such as petroleum, pulp and paper, food processing, chemical manufacturing, power
generation and wastewater treatment.1
About the Remington College Process Technology program
The Remington College Process Technology Program may be a good fit for students who enjoy mechanical and electrical operations and are interested in how things work. The program can be completed in as few as 18 months.2 The curriculum is a combination of classroom and hands-on instruction from faculty who have years of professional experience in the field.
The curriculum focuses on industry roles and responsibilities including:
