According to the Indonesia's disaster agency, Mount Kelud eruption could be heard up to 125 miles away.
Java's Kelud volcano eruption also closed airports of Yogyakarta, Surakarta and Surabaya.
The National Search and Rescue Agency has warned residents not to return home as lava was still flowing through some villages and the Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation expects little chance of another eruption.

Kelud (Kelut) volcano, known for large explosive eruptions throughout its history, is located in East Java on Java in Indonesia.
