Scotland based KeyPoint Technologies has updated its award winning Adaptxt app for Android and iOS devices. It is one of the only few apps which offer multi-language keyboard for iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices without additional charges. Adaptxt iOS app currently offers largest language support with more than hundred global languages including 26 Indic and 11 transliterated languages. It also includes more than 800 emojis for better conversation experience.
Adaptxt has been one of the most popular app on Android and iOS devices. The app for both platforms was nominated under the Productivity category in Mobby Awards 2015, which celebrates the best apps for work and productivity on different platforms.
With the latest update of Adaptxt, iOS users can communicate in 16 new Indic languages including, Bhojpuri, Kashmiri, Konkani, Dogri, Maithali, Manipuri, Mewari, Marwari, Bodo, Oriya, Sinhala, Rajasthani, Sindhi, Sanskrit, Singlish, and Pashto. The app also offers location-based suggestions like on the basis of street names, landmarks, and other cities.
Among 11 transliterated languages, the app supports Manglish, Punglish, Marathinglish Banglish, Tanglish, Tenglish, Singlish, Neplish, Hinglish, Odinglish, and Kanglish. It gives a simplified medium for communication, and comes in alternative keyboard layouts for specific languages like, QWERTY, AZERTY, DVORAK, and QWERTZ for English, French, Italian, German and Spanish, and specific layouts for Scandinavian languages.
Along with this, the new Adaptxt update for iOS offers personalized predictions on the basis of writing style and context of the user. It eases up the process of texting and also uses smart gestures to insert frequently used phrases. With this app, you can easily type long phrases just in a matter of few seconds.
