Syrians are on the Move (274)
Talkalakh. URGENT APPEAL. The region is being bombed by the Syrian army loyal to Assad under the guise its people want to create an “Islamic Emirate” or State in the region. People in Homs scramble everyday to secure enough food for their families. Just another deception by Assad to justify his terror and to scare the west.
Homs. A Video shot yesterday of a demonstration in Bab Amro shelled by tanks two days earlier. What fear?
The Ugly Face of the Regime. A one named Taleb Ibrahim has been making lots of appearances on al-Jazeera lately in support of Assad. Al-Jazeera had him titled as a political analyst. It turned out to be one of the heads of Assad’s security in Aleppo recognized by so many who had been savagely beaten by him. Is Assad running out of supporters?
National Dialogue. Assad formed a committee for national dialogue. No one in Syria is interested in negotiating with Assad as long as he does not present all the killers of his regime to international justice in addition to other demands such as freeing all the detainees and the political prisoners. Assad does not know how to dialogue. He inherited a nation he truly believes it’s his birthright. More than likely, this is another one of those Assad ploys or “montage” where some fabricated dissidents will open a dialogue with Assad to show the world all is well. This will backfire big time because the Syrian youth will realize Assad is pulling the rug from under them. They will show their displeasure by hitting the streets in larger numbers.
