Zero Carb Chronicles

http://zero-carb.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss Now with 2 months down things feel so different. It is a matter of time? I don't really know. I guess you would call it a milestone for me. Not that I have went 2 months on zero carb only, but I have went 2 months zero carb with the right frame of mind. I know what I need to do and I am just going to do it. No excuses, no let downs, no way. I am feeling charged up and confident. Work was OK today. Nothing out of the ordinary happen. I can't wait for the weekend to come. I have some things to do outside. I also will have that good friend come by. It looks like we meet about once every 2 weeks or so. I plan on grilling a whole bunch of burgers. That will be my food for the weekend as well as the week. I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. I have a small victory and I am satisfied with that at the moment. I understand a carb craving can be at any moment. I know in reality that I am not there yet. I will keep working my way towards that goal. I will take it day by day. This keeps me focused and strong. I want more victories and I hope to get them. I want more milestones and I will work hard to get there. This is a promise I make to myself. I really want my health to be the best it can for me and those I love. No movement on the scale today. I want to give a special shout out to Denis, Sara, Anonymous and Dave for their comments of support. Thank you to all that come by to read and share my zero carb journey with me.
