ISIS on Thursday claimed responsibility for two terrorist attacks in the Russian city of Astrakhan, one on Tuesday and another on Wednesday, in which two police officers were killed and two others were seriously wounded. Four terrorists linked to the organization who carried out the attacks were shot dead Thursday in an exchange of fire with security forces.
