Fukushima gov to have all the evacuees back to the original place by 2020

Fukushima prefectural government will try to get all the evacuees come back to where they are originally from by 2020.

According to Fukushima prefecture, 59,000 people have evacuated to out of Fukushima prefecture, and 100,000 people have evacuated within Fukushima prefecture.
