According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Cesium-134/137 were detected from all of 15 tea leaves samples produced in Shizuoka prefecture.
The sampling dates were from late April to early May of 2013. The report says the tea leaves are not distributed for sale.
The highest reading was 5.6 Bq/Kg. (Cs-134 : 1.91 Bq/Kg, Cs-137 : 3.72 Bq/Kg)
