Fukuichi live camera caught strange light looking like a spider web in Fukushima nuclear plant.
It was observed for about an hour from 3:00 to 4:00AM of 6/29/2013. It wasn’t seen in the same time of the next day.
Around that time, another live camera of TBS/JNN was in blackout.
