Tepco stopped media directly reporting Yoshida’s bereaved family, “The family is hurt from excessive media coverage”

The former Fukushima Chief Yoshida died on 7/9/2013.

The cause of death was esophageal cancer that he had in the end of 2011.

On 7/10/2013, Tepco announced “the bereaved family is mentally hurt due to the excessive media coverage. The media shall stop reporting the family.”.  They state this is the request of the bereaved family.
