Toride city of Ibaraki decided to give lecture by the experts instead of thyroid inspection not to spread fear

Toride city of Ibaraki prefecture announced they are going to give the expert’s lectures to the residents in order to wipe away the anxiety but not to implement thyroid inspection.

It was stated in the city council of 9/4/2014.

The city citizens have been submitting the petition for continuous health inspection.

Deputy mayor commented, health inspection may give the wrong signal to make the citizens anxious. Instead, they are going to deliver 3 lectures from 9/13/2014 by inviting professors from Ibaraki University etc..
