Tepco plans to manually repair access hole to the inside of Reactor 1
On 9/24/2015, Tepco announced they are going to start the investigation on Reactor 1.
In order to evaluate the feasibility of manual repair of the access holes to the inside of PCV 1 (Primary Containment Vessel of Reactor 1), Tepco is going to investigate 4 rooms on the first floor of Reactor 1 building.
The electric penetration hole and steam penetration holes require human workers for welding and are situated in those 4 rooms.
The atmospheric dose is over 50 mSv/h around those rooms. The dose inside the rooms are not reported yet. Beside one of those rooms, over 1 Sv/h was detected.

Tepco prévoit de réparer manuellement la trappe d’accès à l’intérieur du réacteur 1
Ce 24 septembre 2015, Tepco annonce qu’ils vont commencer l’exploration du réacteur 1.
pour évaluer la faisabilité de la réparation manuelle de la trappe d’accès à l’intérieur de la PCV 1 (enceinte de confinement primaire du réacteur 1), Tepco va explorer 4 des pièces du premier étage du bâtiment réacteur 1.
Les trous de passage électrique et d’injection de vapeur exigent que les soudeurs humains soient situés dans ces 4 pièces.
La radioactivité ambiante est supérieure à 50 mSv/h autour de ces pièces. La radioactivité ambiante à l’intérieur n’est pas encore précisée. On a relevé plus de 1 Sv/h A côté de l’une de ces pièces.
