You Have Nothing to Hide, So Why Don't You Tell Me Everything I Want To Know?!?

I am reading a book that is about the Orwellian future that is in the here and now, not just in the future, (Mark Dice,BIG BROTHER: The Orwellian Nightmare Come True". Besides the political nature of the book, it spells out all the newest technological advancements and one of the categories was "Transhumanism" and Nanotechnology. I know you know a lot about that subject, so I thought I would throw out one of the pioneers they mentioned.
"In 1986 a man named Eric Drexler published a book titled "Engines of Creation: The Coming Era of Nanotechnology", which was one of the first to discuss the future possibilities of nanotechnology to dramatically extend the human lifespan and use nanorobots for various science fiction-like tasks.
Ray Kurzweil, one of the leading experts in future and present technology, believes that, "Nanobots launched into our bloodstreams could supplement our natural immune system and seek out and destroy pathogens, cancer cells, arterial plaue, and other agents…We wil be able to reconstruct any or all of our bodily organs and systems, and do so at the cellular level." ("The Age of Spiritual Machines").
I can't believe how far we have come, where science fiction left off and the present has adopted it in today's world. Flying bug like surveillance systems than can fly through windows, into cars and then absorb and transmit audio-visual happenings in real time without notice. Face recognition data bases tied into voice recognition data bases, tied into… into almost any object and you are "found", identified and categorized for whatever reason. We are "GPS'est" to the MAXIMUM! Every single object on earth can be inventoried and traced, from clothing to toothpicks. Even now every single cell phone has a GPS in them, and can be "ACTIVATED" anytime whether it is turned on or OFF! Your mic and web cam even when "OFF" can be activated with or WITHOUT your consent or knowledge, pc or mobile!There are obviously a lot of beneficial advanteges of "knowing all", especially in the health industry, pills that when digested tells the doctor that the patient took them, what time and what quantity. 
Much more, especially when they discuss when artificial intelligence matches or surpasses our human capabilities, kind of like what would happen when we find "something" that is faster than "light". Is that the end of the "human era", we will then have no use, could either be used for pets or food (Bio-mass)?
