(Before It's News)

I don't have all the facts, but here is the way I see it. Forget the black and white.

A boy goes to the store and buys some candy. Period. He heads back home and a neighborhood watch sees him. Period. The neighborhoodwatchman calls 911. Period. The neighborhoodwatchman is told to stay in his truck and not to pursue the 'suspect'. Period. The neighborhoodwatchman gets out of his truck in violation of what law enforcement personel have just told him, brandishing a firearm in violation of his neighborhood watchman agreement (contract), enters into a scuffle with the suspect. Period. And a boy is shot and killed. Period.

One of the 911 callers report that the fellow on top had on a white t-shirt. I have heard all the 911's., and in my very unskilled opinion, (with the evidence mounting-such as the screams were not Zimmermans' voice) the very least that should have been done was charge him with manslaughter on the spot. It is my understanding that the officiating officer was going to bring him in, and he was overridden by his superiors.

I am a mother and white. I had two sons and both were killed, murdered in a small town with no investigation other than what I have had done.

This mother(Treyvons') is sitting there and the police are telling her the case is justified because one onlooker said one thing. Now, you guys come out with a 'profile' you think is valid-on his Facebook and My Space pages.

The death of a boy with skittles in his pocket is the end result. Shot dead.

His death is overlooked because there have been so many reports or etc. from this particular neighborhood watchman taht the law enforcement community just wants to shut things up. (That is what the lack of investigation suggests-my opinion.)

You can try to smear this kid with his Facebook tats. I know kids, and black ones, who have tats, use gangsta' speak, and snowboard with their white buddies. Tats, gangsta' speak, etc. do not a criminal make.

One man shot one unarmed boy-pursued him against law enforcement advice with a gun he was not allowed to carry and he was not arrested, polygraphed, etc. He got away with murder. The only defender of this case prior to involving the NAACP was his mother and I say bravo to you.

I didn't view this as a hate crime UNTIL–the law enforcement community, seemingly made up of 'good old boys'  wouldn't investigate a black boys death.
