Gaza,(Alresalah.ps)– Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Zahar on Sunday evening
stressed Hamas nonnegotiable commitment to armed resistance and to the
liberation of occupied Palestine from the river to the sea.

Addressing the pro-Hamas masses during a festival held in Gaza to mark the
29th anniversary of the group’s founding, al-Zahar said: “Resistance, no
matter the means, is our legitimate right and we shall never ever give it
up.”

“Our gun will be held to Israel’s head only,” he vowed. “Every single inch
of Palestine is just ours. Palestine is not just Gaza and the West Bank; it
extends from the River to the Sea,” al-Zahar stated.

He added that Hamas aims to restore the right of the displaced Palestinians
to return to their motherland-Palestine.

The Hamas leader urged the Palestinian Authority (PA), the Fatah Movement,
and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to cancel the Oslo Accord,
cease security coordination with the Israeli occupation, and opt for armed
resistance as the strategic means to liberate Palestine.

He called on Muslims, Arabs, and the world’s free people to rally round the
Palestinians in the face of the Israeli colonizers. “No matter how forgotten
and oppressed we get, our rifle will only target the Israeli occupation,”
al-Zahar maintained.

He pledged that Hamas will forever defend Occupied Jerusalem and the holy
al-Aqsa Mosque against Israel’s Judaization schemes.

Tens of thousands took part in Hamas festival, in the latest move to testify
to the popularity enjoyed by the group in Gaza.

Other supporters across the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem celebrated the
ceremony in tweets and videos circulated and shared by thousands on social
media networks.
