Ferrari’s top of the line super exotic Enzo is still seen as the pinnacle of Ferrari engineering. Now there is word that the Prancing Horse brand is in development with a new Enzo.
If the new Enzo looks anything like the new Ferrari F12 , Ferrari will have an instant hit and classic Ferrari on there hands. The announcement of the brand building a new Enzo came at this month’s Geneva Motor show by Ferrari’s Chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo.
In the photo graph above is the new F12 Berlinetta. The new F12 shows Ferrari’s direction for the brand and the new Enzo should take on styling characteristics of the F12 and cars like the California and 458 Italia.The new modern day Enzo is rumored to have over 900 horsepower from a V12 and hybrid combined engine. A report of the powering offering for the new Enzo was printed by Autoweek back in February.
The Ferrari Enzo is named after the founder of Ferrari and is a tribute to his excellence. The car stickered for over 1 milllion USD and features a Ferrari V12 engine good for 660 bhp.
Luca Cordero di Montezemolo said that the brand will be showing the new Enzo at the end of the year to VIPS and Ferrari collectors. This is one exciting year for Ferrari, that is for sure!
