Famous justice has had ‘serious questions’ about birth certificate

A longstanding eligibility case challenging Barack Obama’s presence in the White House soon could be headed to the state Supreme Court in Alabama, where one justice already in a court filing has questioned the authenticity of Obama’s documentation, and the incoming chief justice is a dyed-in-the-wool Constitution supporter with little tolerance for those who want to bypass the document.

The move is pending in an eligibility challenge brought by Hugh McInnish and others against the Alabama Secretary of State, Beth Chapman.
The case most recently was turned down by a state district judge, Eugene Reese, who got his opinion into the mix by determining that the case was “ordered, adjudged and decreed” to be dismissed.
The case calls for a determination that Chapman “has a duty to verify the eligibility of those seeking office.”
In a recent brief in the case, attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and now of the Klayman Law Firm in Washington, noted that while the state is arguing it should not be tasked with making sure candidates are eligible, the submission by the state itself suggests otherwise.
The left is just making a mockery of the Constitution and America. They should be all rounded up and sent to re-education camps and then remodeled to do yard work, mining, domestic chores, dog-walking, fast food employment or manual factory work to name a few.
how come we only challenge this issue one state at a time… the ‘unanswered’ questions should concern ‘every’ u.s. citizen in every state…the issue of ‘eligibility’ should be dealt with by all of america… not just alabama or only texas etc. this announcement is only to ‘pacify’ everyone into thinking that something just ‘might’ happen since it is being taken soooo seriously…………more of the same………we are being treated like ignorant swine………
WHY have we allowed obamy to even run for a second term if this question of eligibility has NOT been resolved? What do we do in another year when we say he is NOT eligible? Are all the laws he has signed NULL and VOID? If so, WHY are we wasting time? We are NOT marching forward if we face the possibility of him being found an imposter! And if found NOT eligible, what consequences face the democrapic party that knowingly put him there? We need to get off the dime and fix this prior to him being sworn in a second time (if he was sworn in the first; didn’t see it).
It has been resolved by the release of both a long and short form birth certificate from the Hawaii Secretary of Health.
The evidence overwhelmingly supports Obama’s birth in Hawaii. There are 2 ads in local newspapers announcing his birth and twocopies of birth certificates signed and verified by the state of Hawaii. There is no credible evidence that proves Ann Dunham was in Africa when Obama was born (and you can find this through the State Department) nor is there any other evidence other than some man saying the birth certificate posted on the White House has layers (and it doesnt, having opened the file in Photoshop and Illustrator).
They have no evidence that they can use to prove Obama was born anywhere else other than Kenya. After 4 years, you’d think someone would have found something.
Establish the location of Ann Dunham in Africa during Obama’s birth and youve got a smoking gun. Until then, the birth certificates signed by the state of Hawaii are the evidence that proves his citizenship.
