Don’t Just Stand There –Block Obama!

We must not stand still as others wring their hands in fear over who Obama will select to replace Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia (1936-2016). We must take action!
Patriotic Americans have to speak out right now and demand that the Senate refuse Obama an election-year appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Democrat Party has a long history of blocking Supreme Court nominees in an election year (when a Republican is in office) and it is high time that America returned the favor!
The website DC Whispers reports that Barack Obama is “thrilled” at the chance to finally stack the Supreme Court court against conservatives – once and for all! (Source)
If the surrender-first Senate under Mitch McConnell (R-KY) confirms Obama’s nominee, no matter who it is, there will never again be a question as to how the Supreme Court will rule on any issue. Every decision thereafter will be anti-Christian and unconstitutional!

Do not be fooled by the media hype about this issue: If a Supreme Court seat remains empty until next January, the sky will not fall and America will not come to an end.
If some cases are not decided until 2017 — big deal! That is a better alternative than allowing Obama to appoint another Elena Kagan or Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court!
In 1960, the Democrat-controlled Senate passed a non-binding resolution which stated that President Eisenhower should not be able to make a “recess appointment” to fill a Supreme Court vacancy. (Source)
Their belief at the time was that during an election year, vacancies should not be filled and the country could wait until the NEXT President was elected.
Furthermore, in 2006, SENATOR Barack Obama voted in favor of filibustering the nomination of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito (the vote failed, but Obama obviously views the Supreme Court as a partisan branch of government and he intends to keep it that way!). (Source)
In 2007, Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) argued that all George W. Bush nominees to the Supreme Court should be blocked and the Senate should wait 19 MONTHS to fill any vacancies! (Source)
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has been far to friendly to all of Barack Obama’s court nominees and therefore we need to stand firm. We have to speak out and tell the Senate to block any Obama Supreme Court nominees for the rest of the year!
Exodus 18:20-21 sets a standard not only for our representative form of government, but also a standard for Supreme Court Justices in our opinion. It states, “You shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness… And let them judge the people at all times.”
Do you believe for one second that Barack Obama will nominate a Supreme Court Justice who will be intellectually honest and will follow the Constitution?
He never has! Practically every lower-court judge that Obama has nominated has been a radical homosexual, a socialist, or an anti-constitutional racist… and sometimes all three!
Americans must not stand idly by and wait for the Senate to “do the right thing” this time. Our Constitution is at stake if we allow Obama to seat another far-left socialist on the bench!
