Sure the title of this post says that 46 Republicans voted against FREE SPEECH, but what makes that so scary, is that as the links below demonstrate, there is already PLENTY of support for silencing free speech on the Democrat side of the isle. BEFORE THE SENATE CHANGED TO REPUBLICAN CONTROL, SENATOR FEINSTEIN WENT AS FAR AS INTRODUCING A BILL TO TAKE AWAY FREE SPEECH FROM EVERYONE BUT PAID JOURNALISTS.

Of course it’s a blessing none of those bills passed, but that doesn’t mean Obama and the rest of Crime Inc. have not been VERY successful in DESTROYING our Constitutional rights. As Dave Hodges of the Common Sense Show points out, THE NEWEST ARMY MANUAL ALLOWS FOR THE SHOOTING OF UNARMED AMERICAN CIVILIANS SIMPLY FOR PROTESTING AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT. Pay particular attention to the highlighted Red below:
Posse Comitatus Is Violated
On the surface, the Posse Comitatus Act (18 USC 1385) act should prevent the Army from deploying the troops in the midst of a protest that is not on the scale of something like the 1992 LA Riots. However, the Army claims exemption from Posse Comitatus in the four following areas.
10 USC 331. When a state is unable to control domestic violence and they have requested federal assistance, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
10 USC 332. When ordinary enforcement means are unworkable due to unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
10 USC 333. When a state cannot or will not protect the constitutional rights of the citizens, due to domestic violence or conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
House Joint Resolution 1292. This resolution directs all departments of the U.S. government, upon request of the Secret Service, to assist in carrying out its statutory duties to protect government officials and major political candidates from physical harm.
With regard to 10 USC 331, if the local authorities have lost control in the midst of a profound display of domestic violence (e.g. LA Riots), most Americans support the use of National Guard or the military. However, in 10 USC 332, 333 and House Joint Resolution 1292 are ripe with exceptions which open the door to federal authorities abusing the public for exercising their Constitutional right to protest.
In 10 USC 332, the phrase “unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized,” permits the federal government from being demonstrated against. An act of demonstration, or the most benign demonstrations of civil disobedience gives the government the authority to take “deadly action” against the public because there are no clear distinctions on when the use of lethal and nonlethal force is appropriate (see the two charts displayed below).
In 10 USC 333, any disruption of federal law can be decisively dealt with by the federal government. The phrase “…conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized” is a telling passage of this Army document. If 10 USC 333 is applied to the letter of the written Army policy, the protesters who recently objected to illegal aliens being deposited in Murietta, California, could be subject to deadly force.
In my post titled TREASON IS TOO NICE A WORD, author David Risselada eludes to the notion that if Americans knew just HOW corrupt the American government is, they’d lose it. David says:
“I would argue that their fear of exposure is the number one motivating factor behind their attacks on the first and second amendments. Their fear of us discovering the truth of just how DEEP THEIR DECEPTION RUNS, has led to the creation of the massive militarized police force, and the attempts to silence patriots by labeling us domestic terrorists. Their actions reek of treason against the American people and its due time we take charge of this mess and hold them accountable. This article will highlight ten of the most treasons acts.”
IN ADDITION TO CALLING OUT ALL THREE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT AS COMPLICIT IN OVERTLY TREASONOUS ACTS, RISSELADA PLEADS WITH AMERICANS TO STAND TOGETHER BECAUSE ONCE THIS TAKES HOLD… WE’RE ALL DOOMED!

Conservative Tribune reports: David Goodfriend, a top staff secretary for President Bill Clinton, joined America’s Newsroom recently and spoke about the real agenda the left is pursuing — that of limiting American’s freedom of speech.
Goodfriend defended Shariha law adamantly in the clip, stating to the show’s host that, “(Y)ou’re (not) doing your side any favors by talking about a Shariah creep.”
His use of words seems to defend those with strong ties to Shariah law and the Muslim religion, a way of life that threatens serious consequences in the event of small crimes, such as that of drawing an image of the Prophet Muhammad.
Many citizens who practice Islam and adhere to Shariah law believe that such an offense should carry the death sentence.

Goodfriend didn’t stop there. He went on to state that the real problem was our First Amendment rights. “I think what’s going on is a healthy debate about the limits of First Amendment and free speech and that’s where we ought to keep it.”
Is this the left’s true agenda? To silence those who would speak out about unconstitutionalities like the death sentence for free expression?
According to Goodfriend, yes, that is the agenda. In fact, in his opinion, “It’s the American way.”

It should be shocking that a person who calls themselves liberal would be so adamant in trying to take away civil liberties. It would be if the left hadn’t been fighting tooth and nail against America’s founding principles for over a century.

Freedom Outpost reports: Recently, I reported on the fact that the American Phoenix Foundation is in possession of what they claim are 800 hours of damning undercover video of Texas politicians engaging in corruption. I also told you that the Texas legislature was pushing to stifle freedom of the press in a new bill that would make illegal what is currently legal, ie. recording interactions of anyone without their consent. On Wednesday this week, the legislature rammed the unconstitutional legislation through, thus securing them from any undercover investigations that might expose their corruption.
SB19 would eliminate such practices even in buildings that are public property, such as the Capitol building. In fact, some of the provisions these traitors to the people put forward would be fines that could be as high as $10,000 per occurrence.
Oh, and in case you continually engage in the right/left paradigm, this was not just a Democrat issue. Forty-six Republicans voted for this fascism. And here are there names and emails.

The following is the Roll Call on this motion to remove portions of SB19. By removing Article 5, and Article 7.05, it would ensure there would be no suppression of 1st amendment rights given explicitly to the press.Please note how many Republicans voted when given the chance to remove Article 5 and article 7.05. Nay means they chose not to remove the article (5)(7.05) that blatantly violates the 1st Amendment and heavily penalizes the press for doing their job i.e. keeping the representatives accountable to the people they serve. Please see Article 5 and 7.05. Two party consent laws are made for those who have something to hide and have no place in the people of Texas’ House.

Posse Comitatus coming up in this brings up the Bush Jr part where Little Bush got Congress to END Posse Comitatus, (sadly most people never understood what Posse Comitatus was, it simply meant that the Posse-The US Military could not be USED AGAINST US CITIZENS), that is gone now so put your butt in in the Air and get Obominationed of used by what ever the Next Trash Is That The Stupids put into the DC. As for Free speech, it’s been gone a long time, (some of us actually read US Supreme Court Cases and Free Speech has long been gone), again the only thing to say about any of it is Buy a Gun or don’t whimper about it. (Trapper).
