Chafee's Visit to NH

(Before It's News)

I live in RI and have a federal civil action against the US Attorney's Office for my wrongful termination due to my disability (Cv-09-587 -PJB-LBM)  I filed my case pro se in RI in 2009, but it was transferred to federal court in NH and assigned to Judge Barbardaro due to bias of RI judges.  That bias did not change in NH (See motion asking for dismissal w/o prejudice in 2014).  All filings are accessible on PACER.gov and I have a website – www.EDRIG.org — where I have narratives explaining my case (I have hundreds of documents at that website, but links are temporarily inaccessible.  If anyone leaves a comment, I will reconnect the relevant document as soon as possible.  Someone should ask Chafee why he appointed one of my main defendants when my case was active in mid-2013 (http://www.ri.gov/press/view/16549) and allowed said individual's appointment (http://webserver.rilin.state.ri.us/Journals12/senatejournals12/sjournal6-11.pdf).  Chafee was well aware of Matos’ status as my defendant as I wrote Chafee when he was a RI Senator and advised him of the harassment and discrimination I faced.  Chafee is named in my complaint relative to Whistleblower claims.  I again advised Chafee of the ongoing discrimination when he was Governor.  Matos, appointed as a state judge by Chafee, dismissed a discrimination case filed by a former State AG.  His decision – made by Matos while a named defendant in my then-active case – is clearly a conflict of interest given that my claims against Matos were for HIS acts of discrimination and more.

Don’t we have enough scandal in Washington with those in power turning a blind eye to facts such as these?  Chafee’s willful decision to ignore Matos’ being a named defendant is reprehensible.  Please make Chafee accountable NOW and ask him this question about his severely deficient vetting of a state superior judge in RI.  Please pass along this information.  We have to be proactive when choosing who walks through the White House doors.
