Can A Sitting US President Be Arrested?
In the lawless banana republic we are currently living in, you almost have to wonder if it even made sense to challenge Obama when he said he wanted to bring 10,000 Syrian refugees to the United States. What is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? By that definition, many of us Americans are insane for speaking out. In hindsight, perhaps we should have told him it was a great idea, and left it at that. MAYBE (doubtful) the number would have stayed at 10,000. Instead, by calling out His Royal Highness, once again Obama is doing what Obama does when he knows he’s dead wrong: Doubling down. As of noon today, the Daily Caller reported that Obama plans to hurry up and get 2,224 Syrian refugees into the country before Thursday.
With this recent development, It appears as if Obama wants to give us all one more reason to be thankful, right? Same goes for the refugees. Why not hurry the process up, and get them here so they can celebrate Thanksgiving too? After all, they’re practically Americans already, right? Like the rest of Obama’s plans for future Democrats… I mean… uh… illegal executive amnesty and refugee aid, once the refugees arrive, you can be sure there will be an enormous Thanksgiving dinner waiting for them… all on YOUR dime. How much worse can it all get right? Let’s see, we’ve had a Former FBI Assistant Director Who Risked His Life And Exposed Obama In Huge Way, we have multiple members of the military community wondering why in the hell Obama Warned ISIS With Leaflets Before Bombing Them, and you’ve gotten about as much Proof Regarding Obama’s Treason as any one person can handle, so if people aren’t asking themselves if there is ANYTHING we can do about this, it would be alarming. As crazy as it sounds, the Senate Democrats, who are the minority in the Senate, have ALL of the power to obtain justice, and NONE of the requisite integrity their positions demand. I’m as guilty as the next person saying things like, “ARREST HIM,” or I see people on social media writing, “IMPEACH HIM,” and the reality is it’s just not that simple. First of all, only ONE person in the United States has the power to “arrest” the President, and that is the Senate’s Sergeant at Arms. No one else. Furthermore, our Constitution is very specific in the language it uses. Article II Section 4 says:
“The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
So, Obama would need to FIRST be IMPEACHED in a Senate Hearing, which is different then when Articles of Impeachment are filed. In the video below I briefly explain the nuances of what it takes to Impeach a President, because many people do NOT understand the process. Once impeachment is final, then it would seem conceivable that the Senate’s Sergeant at Arms can then officially arrest and imprison him. He cannot be removed from office until after he is convicted and no sitting president will ever be imprisoned as long as he has the power of the Presidency at his disposal. Logic would then suggest that no sitting president can ever be arrested until he is removed from office. Logic would also dictate that any Democrat successor would pardon his sorry behind.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Nov. 21 (UPI) — President Obama vowed Saturday to keep United States borders open to refugees “as long as I’m president” as he visited a Malaysian humanitarian center and met migrant children, many of whom escaped violence in homelands that include Myanmar, Pakistan and Syria.
Obama, in Malaysia for the 3rd ASEAN-U.S. Summit, chatted with young children at the Dignity for Children Foundation in Kuala Lumpur, asking them what they want to be when they grow up and observing their drawings. At the same time, lawmakers in Washington, D.C., on both sides of the aisle continue to feud with the administration over refugee screenings.
“They were indistinguishable from any child in America,” Obama said after meeting the children. “And the notion that somehow we would be fearful of them, that our politics would somehow leave us to turn our sights away from their plight, is not representative of the best of who we are.”
Thursday, the House passed legislation to impose rigorous screening on Syrian and Iraqi refugees entering the United States. The bill would subject each of the some 10,000 refugees to vetting from various government agencies including the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. The administration said it is a virtually impossible task. Obama, who returns to the United States on Monday, promised to veto the legislation.
In the president’s weekly radio address, taped by Vice President Joe Biden and released Saturday, Biden said refugees, “face the most rigorous screening of anyone who comes to the United States.” That includes finger printing and a host of background checks that take up to 24 months.
“Let’s also remember who the vast majority of these refugees are: women, children, orphans, survivors of torture, people desperately in need of medical help. To turn them away and say there is no way you can ever get here would play right into the terrorists’ hands. We know what ISIL — we know what they hope to accomplish. They flat-out told us,” said Biden, referring to the extremist group that also goes by the names Islamic State, ISIS and Daesh.

Technically, no. If the president commits a crime he will be charged. If he is convicted, he’ll be impeached and the vice president will take office. From there, the president will be tried again, this time he will get a sentencing with it. While in office the President has a security detail called the Secret Service that isolates a President from ANY threat that may come their way. If any law enforcement official dared to approach them, they could easily keep him safe from the lawman and any legal action he may want to take against the president.
The present executive branch of government has repeatedly displayed its disregard for the law of the land and has done many things outside of Constitutional Law.
The only time an arrest of a President has ever come close to happening is the Watergate scandal with Nixon, but he resigned before charges were ever brought forth. The House of Representatives has the power to impeach the president but then the Senate must convict them before any punishment can be handed out.
Once a president is impeached tried and found guilty of a crime can they be arrested, we have found one and only one person that has been specifically given the power within our government to arrest the president. The Senate Sergeant at Arms has the power to arrest anyone that violates Senate rules. The proof is in the following government website where it states: “The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States. http://www.senate.gov/reference/office/sergeant_at_arms.htm
The Constitution isn’t silent about why the president can be removed it states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
From this we can see that the only way to remove a president is by impeachment AND conviction of treason, bribery, high crimes or misdemeanors. This also hints to the fact that the president cannot be arrested until he has been convicted by the Senate.

He cannot be removed from office until after he is convicted and no sitting president will ever be imprisoned as long as he has the power of the Presidency at his disposal. A President can be removed from acting in a Presidential capacity if he is mentally ill or other wise too ill to faithfully execute his duties under the United States Constitution.
The Vice President would take his place until such a time the Prsident is no longer mentally ill or too sick to execute the duties of the President of the United States.
Even officials in other countries think he is mentally ill.
I’m sure there are doctors right here in America who would agree.
He could also save some face and do the world a favor and resign.

How could anyone be spared seeing they’re all guilty as hell?
Important to remember: You MUST impeach a legitimate president but if FRAUD occurred in the attainment of the office, NO benefits/protections of the office are due. NO IMPEACHMENT NEEDED.
This legal principle is the same as not allowing a successful and caught bank robber to use the proceeds of the robbery to pay his defense “team” lawyers when caught.
He is illegitimate and proven so beyond a doubt — just not proven guilty in a court of law. And that law-guilt is needed for just punishment… in this case it is treason and severe penalty. A “decent judge” would issue the arrest warrant on sufficient evidence that the office was fraudulently obtained (meaning he was relatively confident the case of fraud usurpation would prevail).
We the people do not lack justification for arrest, nor a just path to arrest without impeachment due to ineligibility and fraud. We lack the will and power and means for effecting the arrest. We would be WELL WITHIN common law and the LAW OF THE LAND, the US CONSTITUTION.
HE IS ILLEGITIMATELY, FRAUDULENTLY in office, well established, the burden of proof for NBC eligibility is his and his alone and he fails every time. And this is the opposite of the definition “sitting” meaning legitimately occupying the office.
Impeaching is just a distraction and will be a sorry loss of time, money and opportunity to go after Obama better and faster.
Best is just to arrest Obama directly for High Treason with a good judge, good sheriff and tough special prosecutor to lead the way for that process.

The article of the Constitution which you cited, gives one reason or way for the president to be removed from office. It does not state or seem to be intended to state that it is the only reason or way to remove him/her. Are you intentionally trying to be misleading??
