OH MY! This is absolutely priceless! Alternative media journalist Jan Helfeld has mastered the art of getting politicians to blow their lids with questions so basic, but so well phrased, he’s often treated like an imbecile by the politician he’s talking to… that is… until they try to answer…
Watch several videos below where the politician in question totally loses their cool. Their reactions speak to the heart of an issue I raised in a post earlier today titled, Obama Wanted War: Now 150 Armed Militia Have Seized a Federal Building In Oregon. SOMEHOW that story has managed to avoid 1 minute of airtime on television since the facility was overrun yesterday, but that’s a whole story unto itself! In that post I said:
“Americans are sick and tired of being talked down to by the jackass in the oval office, as well as the rest of the DC cartel. They all need to be reminded, ESPECIALLY Obama, they are servants of the people, not the other way around…”
Arguably, the single largest problem with America today, is that the populace is about as poorly equipped to make important decisions as a blind person trying to race in the Daytona 500. We don’t have “news” anymore at ALL! We have propaganda outlets, nothing more, and those outlets are not just in bed with government officials, they are under the covers, and getting freaky with them. As a result, politicians are wholly unaccustomed to being challenged on anything of substance, and hence their little hissy fits in the videos below.

Jan Helfeld is a political journalist who has been traveling around and asking politicians some of the same awkward questions that work to expose the illegitimacy of their authority. His questions were extremely simple and many times ridiculed as “stupid” by the politicians that he interviewed, because he was attempting to establish moral principles using the Socratic method.
One of the best and most crucial questions that Helfeld has asked over the years is simple enough: “Can you delegate a right that you don’t have to someone else?”
This simple question has caused dozens of politicians to either become aggressive, run away, or both because it points out that they do not have the right to do the things that they do in the name of government.
To use an example: if an average citizen does not have the right to steal from his neighbor, then he cannot go ahead and vote for one of his friends to do it. Furthermore, if a particular group – even a group with a majority in a certain area – decided to vote for themselves or one another, to steal from innocent people, they would not be justified in doing so. In this situation, these people would essentially be granting a privilege to another person that they themselves did not have, which is obviously a ridiculous idea.
However, this is exactly how democracy and representative government works. The power of the politicians is supposedly granted by the people. However, average people don’t have the right to do things that politicians and agents of the state do on a regular basis.
Therefore, the people living in a democracy never had the authority that they allegedly gave their government to begin with, which means that this authority does not exist and that the government does not have a right to use it.
Helfeld would lead the people he interviewed to this conclusion, which resulted in an incredibly entertaining encounter nearly every time.
In the video below, Helfeld explains his style of interviewing, and how he used the Socratic method to point out contradictions in people’s reasoning.

In the following video, Helfeld interviewed Senator Daniel Inouye of Hawaii and walked him down the same path of logic that was laid out in this article.
He asked Inouye first whether or not people had the right to steal from one another, and then if they had the right to delegate that authority to the government; then finally he asked, “Can a person delegate a right that they do not have?”
Inouye sat frozen like a deer in the headlights realizing that he had just been backed into a corner, and that’s when the interview gets really interesting.

I just watched the first one and the reporter is a MORON. Dan Inouye is correct in his stance.
The point is you appointed him to represent you and your rights in the Constitution. Somewhere along the line someone misinterpreted that right or took advantage of it.
Like they say, if you don’t like it CHANGE IT or LEAVE! Now this can apply to you or your Representative as aforementioned above.
But one way to understand your Constitution better is to understand it is based on the BIBLE. Many people don’t read or understand the Bible.
Apparently Mr. Inouye and the others believe that all laws established by government must always be obeyed regardless of whether such laws violate those established by the Creator. This attitude, when backed by the use of force, brings humanity much suffering and has resulted in the deaths of tens of millions of innocent people. The reason is simple.
Although mankind was given free-will and thus has the ability to violate the Creator’s Laws, he has no power to alter them will always suffer the consequences of these violations. The consequence of accepting theft, even when legalized by government through its man made laws, is that of becoming enslaved to those perpetrating the theft.
This is only Justice. Having put aside, or delegated to others, your free-will right and corresponding responsibility to discern and choose right from wrong, you lose that right and become enslaved.
So far, NO ONE, wants to change or remove this government for the treason, inside sedition, malfeasance, lying, breaking oaths, corruption and violation of the Constitution they have committed.
In fact they cheer it on; in the form of the illegal and unqualified foreign Negro Muslim sodomite!

Yes, that we are heading over a cliff is clear and conclusive evidence that we cannot avoid the consequences of violating Creator’s moral Laws which are immutable and binding on all created beings who are capable of knowing right from wrong.
Furthermore no one in government is the sole cause of the effects we are seeing. A government is a reflection of the society which supports it.

This guy’s pulling mai-eutic! This method works well in an ideal world: “Can I delegate an authority that I don’t have to someone else?” In the practical world, the question is: Can I convince you that I have the authority to transfer that authority to someone else?
Here, the man is addressing politicians in the mixed milieus of Morality and Law. Politicians tend toward psychotic and are not necessarily rational. Consider too that politicians usually have questionable morals, and when you really think about it, the law is nothing more than an arbitrary, manipulated, unstable sack-o-bullcrap!
The results are amusing though!

Everyone of these people with the exception of Mr. Moran we not asked a question that related directly to anything. Mr. Moran’s question on the other hand was very specific. So if anyone ever asked me a question in that manner I would ask them for a specific example that relates to the question very specifically. We are as another individual pointed out in a representative Democracy and as we see it no longer represents the interests of the ordinary citizens. There in lies the problem in a representative Democracy. Considering the technology there is no reason for every citizen to be able to be representative of their own interest even if that was used to indicate to our representative what our wishes were on specific voting and they had to abide by our wishes it would still work in theory. Anything would be better than how we are represented presently.
Libertarianism and Capitalism are completely not compatible. Libertarian philosophy is based on anarchy and anarchy is about individualism with no hierarchy. Then it would stand to reason that no one person should be able to control the means of production because that generates an automatic hierarchy because then individuals are not working together for everyone’s best interests they would be working for one individual’s best interest. They would not share in the risk and reward or have any say in any of the decision making which could potentially go against their as well as everyone else’s best interest which becomes exploitation of others by one individual for profit. The individuals have the option to go work somewhere else but the same predicament is inherent when individuals own the means of production.
Libertarianism philosophy can only potentially work if all involved can consolidate resources or buy into the means of production as a group. They could potentially buy in paying in some of their wages until they are fully vested as agreed up by the group. Then everyone shares in the risk and reward as well as the decision making. This would lead to an organization where everyone has a vested interest in success and to the groups long term goals and direction.
