Border Patrol Union: Obama Ordered Release Of Criminal Aliens, Illegal Immigrants
Complete and total lawlessness was to be expected during Obama’s alleged last year in office, so none of what follows should come as any great shock to anyone. What should probably come as a shock, is the ease with which the American people will allow Obama to get away with breaking the law and endangering, if not taking the lives of many Americans along the way. As the video and three separate articles below demonstrate, His Highness’s Royal Ass is holding nothing back with his latest stunt at the border, and chaos is all but certain to ensue.
Reports came in earlier this morning about a Paramilitary Mercenary Force That Has Taken Control of Burns, Oregon, and now outnumber the men remaining at the federal refuge by a ratio of 10:1. If Obama can’t create a bloodbath in Oregon, certainly the moves at the border documented below stand a pretty good chance of erupting into a nightmare of epic proportions.
In the video, you’ll see that this past week Trey Gowdy and the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing about the Obama administration’s compete failure to secure the southern border. What might have shocked the committee, was to learn that it was Obama’s intent to make the border as insecure as possible. Border Patrol agents testified before Congress about being ordered to not only release illegal immigrants who have crossed the border, but to also release illegal aliens who have committed previous crimes in this country.
In the articles that follow the video from the House Judiciary Committee meeting, you’ll find out that just about everything you hear about immigration and border security from official channels is a lie, particularly if those channels originate from the Obama administration. The National Border Patrol Council reported on its weekly podcast that Border Patrol agents testified before Congress about being ordered to not only release illegal immigrants who have crossed the border, but to also release illegal aliens who have committed previous crimes in this country.
Representatives from the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) were, in the words of NBPC spokesman Shawn Moran, “front and center” on border security and immigration issues this week.
The NBPC, the official union of the U.S. Border Patrol, gave an update about the non-enforcement policies on its podcast, “The Green Line.”
As reported by Breitbart Texas’ Bob Price, one of the reasons for the NBPC podcast is to improve communications to its nearly 17,000 non-supervisory border patrol agents in the union.
During the podcast, Shawn Moran, the spokesperson and vice president of the NBPC union, reported to border patrol agents and other listeners that Agent Dean Mandel of the Buffalo Sector, and NBPC President Brandon Judd, had testified before two different congressional committees this week.
Moran related that NBPC President Judd’s testimony created quite a bit of controversy and shined a light on the issues facing Border Patrol agents.
As it relates to the southwest border, Judd told the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security that agents are instructed to not place families in detention or put them inline for removal proceedings if ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) does not have any detention space.
Judd reported that agents are told to just take the illegal immigrant’s basic information and note that they are in the country, and then just let “them walk out the door to their destinations in the United States.” They do not give them a notice to appear at deportation hearings. However, Judd testified that among border agents, these notices are referred to as “notices to disappear.”
After the testimony, Breitbart News reported that the president of the border patrol union testified that the Obama administration has instituted a policy requiring U.S. Border Patrol agents to release illegal immigrants who claim they have been in the U.S. since January 2014.
In January 2015, Breitbart Texas’ Brandon Darby reported that leaked internal training documents from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) revealed that border patrol agents were receiving guidelines instructing them that the vast majority of illegal immigrants in the U.S. are off limits to federal agents and are substantially immune to detention and deportation. Darby dubbed this problem “Catch and Release 2.0.”

Breitbart News reported that Judd testified this week that only about forty percent of those who illegally cross our nation’s borders are arrested.
As it relates to criminal aliens, those who have committed crimes in the U.S., ICE is not able to initiate removal proceedings unless the criminal alien has a felony conviction. If the criminal alien has a misdemeanor, or there are felony proceedings pending, removal documentation is not processed.
Moreover, if an agent does not physically observe an illegal immigrant illegally crossing the border, agents cannot initiate removal. Moran said the problem is that the “word spreads quickly” that all illegal immigrants must say is they have already been in the country. This is true even if an agent has a good idea they just illegally walked over the border, he said. “What is wrong with this country? You can now claim things but you don’t have to prove it?,” Moran asked.
As it relates to the northern border, Agent Mandel testified before the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee that Canada will be screening and accepting 25,000 refugees from the Middle East.
The NBPC’s spokesman said during the podcast that one of the points that was brought up during this committee hearing is that the Visa waiver system in Canada is similar to the system in the U.S. and 51 other countries. As it relates to this situation, Moran said this poses a “huge security gap” because it operates under the assumption, for example, that if you are from France “you pose no security risk.” He said this “assumption of risk” is built-in to the process in spite of the terror cells that are in Europe “and is completely false.”
As reported by Breitbart Texas in November 2015, during a hearing on “Worldwide Threats and Homeland Security Challenges,” asked FBI Director James B. Comey, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson, and Nicholas J. Rasmussen, Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, about the security risk that Syrian refugees pose to Americans and whether the country can properly vet them. The response was that every refugee is interviewed and they fill out an application. Rep. Smith responded summing up what he had heard saying, “You can’t go beyond that, so you are sorta having to take their word for it.” Smith noted that both FBI Director Comey and Homeland Security Secretary Johnson admitted that they do not currently have the ability to properly screen and conduct sufficient background checks on these refugees. In a House Judiciary Committee hearing later the same week, Director Comey admitted that determining which refugees could pose a threat would be “challenging.”

BORDER AGENT SPEAKS: “WE’RE TERMINATED FOR ENFORCING THE LAW”
Just about everything you hear about immigration and border security from official channels is a lie, particularly if those channels originate from the Obama administration.
Most of our readers already know this. For those of you who don’t, let’s look at some evidence…
A top Border Patrol agent revealed Thursday that if border agents follow the law and ask illegal aliens why they are coming to the U.S. they will be terminated.
The Border Patrol previously had a policy of “catch and release” that drew the ire of Border Patrol agents: “These orders are called Notices to Appear (NTA). The only problem, however, is that these official orders are usually ignored; so much so that Border Patrol Agents have dubbed them Notices to Disappear,” Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council testified.
“The latest data that I have seen shows that approximately 40 percent of the individuals being issued NTAs do not show up. The willful failure to show up for court appearances by persons that were arrested and released by the Border Patrol has become an extreme embarrassment for the Department of Homeland Security,” he said.

Eventually the DHS implemented a new policy that was even easier for illegals to exploit. The policy makes mandatory the release of any person arrested by the Border Patrol for being in the country illegally as long as they don’t have a felony conviction and claim they have been in the U.S. continuously since January 2014.
They don’t have to have proof of this residence and just have to make the claim. “A lot of agents will actually ask them where they heard this from and they’ll tell the agents, ‘Well, I was just told to tell you,’” said Judd.
He made the comments in testimony before the House Judiciary subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security.
“Right now the Border Patrol has actually told us that we can no longer ask them that question, why are they coming any more?” Judd said. “We can’t even ask that question. In some cases we still do, but we are being told that you can’t even ask why they are coming.”
And a punchline from the committee hearing…
“What do you think are the consequences for agents who are unwilling to comply with these limiting policies?” asked Rep. Raul Labrador .
“They’ll be terminated,” Judd replied.
Labrador than asked, “So for wanting to enforce the law that is in the books, they are going to be terminated from their jobs?”
“Absolutely,” Judd affirmed.
Some other highlights from the hearing…
2014 was considered the “surge” year for illegal immigration, and yet so far this year the influx is even greater than 2014.
The human traffickers controlling most of the cross-border incursions have put the word out in Latin America that once an illegal gets across the border even if they’re caught they’ll be released and allowed to settle in America, which is of course not a lie in most circumstances.
Mexican drug cartels are using illegal immigrants as a diversionary tactic to tie up resources which would otherwise be used to interdict drug shipments.
Most of which people might instinctively surmise, in spite of what they’ve heard from the administration’s spin doctors.
BOMBSHELL:
OBAMA CUTS BORDER SURVEILLANCE IN HALF!
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is planning to cut 50 percent of the budget for aerial surveillance along the U.S.-Mexico border, agents revealed at a congressional hearing Thursday.
In an effort to understand why DHS is cutting funding, Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott and Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, wrote a bipartisan letter to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson.
“Any decrease in aerial observation is not only imprudent, but contradicts the very mission of border security enforcement,” the letter states.
The lawmakers’ letter also asks for detailed information about the reduction aerial-based border security, also known as Operation Phalanx.
Abbott and Cuellar describe news of the funding cut for border security as “unsettling.”
“It has come to our attention that for calendar year 2016 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requested 3,850 hours of persistent aerial detection, situational awareness and monitoring capability support for Operation Phalanx from the Department of Defense (DOD). This request was fifty percent lower than that of recent years. Given the recent surge of migrants from Central America and Cuba along the southern border, we believe DHS should request more surveillance and security resources, not fewer. Moreover, Texas requested additional aerial observation resources in a September 30, 2015, letter that went unanswered by your department.
“The fact that DHS now appears to be taking the opposite approach is unsettling.”
Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington, said she learned of the plans to cut the funding at Thursday’s House Judiciary hearing, at which she also testified.
Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw mentioned it.

“It’s very concerning – with the security risks now confronting our nation, and a continuing influx of illegal migration across the southern border that includes criminal smuggling activity, why on earth would the government want to slash in half an important asset like aerial border surveillance?” Vaughan told WND. “That’s the kind of program that enables us to know what is happening on the border and what is getting by, so that agents on the ground can be sent to intercept.”
The surveillance is critical to what is known in the security business as “situational awareness,” said Vaughan.
“Apparently, the Obama administration doesn’t want to know what is coming across the border, and doesn’t want the Border Patrol to know, either,” she said.
William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration, or ALIPAC, said the situation at the border continues to spin out of control.
“We have also heard that Border Patrol has been ordered to just catch and release illegals without detaining them,” he said. “With the new unprecedented wave of illegal immigration coming in via the ‘border surge’ and the new wave of (more than 28,000) Cubans illegally immigrating to the U.S., it appears word has reached all reaches of the earth that America’s defensive shields have been sabotaged from within.”
No longer enforcing U.S. law
The news about pending cuts in surveillance comes on the heels of Thursday’s report that the Obama administration was no longer enforcing U.S. law at the southern border, allowing illegal alien women and children to enter freely with a “catch-and-release” policy.
The illegals are caught, given notice to appear in court for a deportation hearing and released. But more than 40 percent have been ignoring the court summons, which became a source of deep embarrassment to the DHS, said Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, at the hearing Thursday. So, to ameliorate the embarrassment, the notices to appear are no longer being handed out as long as the person entering doesn’t have a felony record.
Fired for doing their jobs?
Furthermore, on Thursday, a top Border Patrol agent revealed that if border agents follow the law and ask illegal aliens why they are coming to the U.S., they will be terminated, the Daily Caller reported.
“Right now, the Border Patrol has actually told us that we can no longer ask them that question, why are they coming any more?” Judd testified. “We can’t even ask that question. In some cases, we still do, but we are being told that you can’t even ask why they are coming.”
“What do you think are the consequences for agents who are unwilling to comply with these limiting policies?” asked Rep. Raul Labrador.
“They’ll be terminated,” Judd replied.
He said no agents have yet been fired because the agents in Judd’s group follow the policy directives.
Illegal immigration surged in 2014, and Judd said, “We’re actually seeing a lot more at this point than what we did in 2014.” He added that the Border Patrol currently does not have the resources to adequately respond.
“Why did the cartels drive them to the middle of the desert and then have them cross over the Rio Grande only to surrender to the first Border Patrol Agent they came across?” Judd told the committee. “The reason is that it completely tied up our manpower and allowed the cartels to smuggle whatever they wanted across our border.”
“Our gates are wide open, and the final siege of America is well under way,” Gheen told WND.

texas will have majority hispanic surname governors, senators, and judges in the next 20 years. so will you thick people that run the republican party in texas get with the program? do some recruiting in the universities and law schools…a 2016 law school grad can be a texas governor or senator 20 years from now regardless of their last name or whether they are protestant or not….I would prefer one who thinks and acts like a conservative republican….
