The Republican National Committee member David Agema from Michigan has just introduced the Articles of Impeachment from NALC (North American Law Center) The vote is on January 13, 2016. Once it passes, the RNC can then put pressure on the Republican members of the House to IMPEACH. Once the impeachment process is started– it will stop all future executive orders. If you go to that site you can click on ‘GOP Resolution,’ then your state to get the names and ph # of the 3-4 RNC state reps. Call them and keep calling them and ask them to support the resolution. Please share this information with other Americans. Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution awaits. It reads:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.”
Since liberals have an uncanny knack for what they call “reading between the lines,” I’ll further elaborate on Treason a bit. At any other time in history, these fools would be locked up in mental wards for hallucinating and seeing things that are not there, but in the @ss backwards country we are living in today, someone being able to see what is not there is not frowned upon. So, let’s move on…
Article 3, section 3, clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution specifies that the giving of aid and comfort to the enemy is an element in the crime of Treason. Aid and comfort may consist of substantial assistance or the mere attempt to provide some support; actual help or the success of the enterprise is not relevant.
Just so there is no confusion, “the mere attempt to provide support” is TREASON. Obama has given our enemies MUCH aid, including weapons, which can be documented and testified to by members of the military, not to mention one of his more recent stunts when, Obama Warned ISIS With Leaflets Before Bombing Them. At the very LEAST, that is attempting to give our enemy support. The American people don’t give a rip if Obama’s reason was to “protect the environment and prevent an oil spill,” in the middle of Syria. All the television news pieces are there, and all I did was compile them. You’ll see that an illegal arms deal Obama conducted actually contained the Stinger missile that eventually shot down and killed 23 members of Seal Team 6 in operation Extortion 17. Since then Obama Has Been Stonewalling the Investigation as to His Involvement!
As the document below suggests, the decision to bring up Impeachment charges is not one taken lightly or made based on political ideology. There are 48 separate counts, and frankly, that’s being rather easy on Obama. Barack Obama is a traitor to the United States, as even his own appointees and highest ranking members of his military will testify to. It’s time he sees justice for his actions! As I explain in my video, Articles of Impeachment are just the “Charges” so to speak. The “trial” is held in the Senate, and requires a 2/3 vote, which means roughly 15 Democrats need to find religion and do the right thing. I wouldn’t count on a single one of them finding religion, but with all the evidence against Obama, it would be political suicide to support him if WE THE PEOPLE blow up their phones all day every day, and tell them either 1) They do the right thing and send Obama packing; or 2) They can pack themselves!

Reports circling online are suggesting that the Republican National Committee is to consider a resolution drafted for the impeachment of President Barack Obama.
The resolution, which seems to have been drafted by the North American Law Center, is to be weighed up at a January 13th meeting of the RNC, reports Brandon Hall of West Michigan Politics blog.
The document is titled, “Articles of Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama,” it begins, “Resolved, That Barack Hussein Obama, acting President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment to be exhibited to the Senate.”

“Please contact your RNC members and ask them to support Michigan’s RNC National Committeeman – Dave Agema’s resolution as currently submitted for discussion at their January 13 – 15, 2016 meetings,” a Facebook statement concerning the resolution reads.
Article 2 of the resolution lists 19 examples of Obama’s “malfeasance, misconduct and abuse of the Oval Office,” including the IRS targeting of conservative organizations, and bypassing Congress with the use of executive action on key issues.
Article 3 of the resolution states that Obama has been “aiding and abetting known enemies of the United States,” citing the Muslim Brotherhood, ISIS, Al Qaeda, Hamas and the Taliban among others.
Agema told The Daily Wire in an interview that he will introduce the resolution, which consists of 48 criminal charges in total.
“It’s simply asking our House of Representatives…to abide by their oath of office and accomplish what they should do.” Agema states.
“The way it works is one House of Representatives member puts in impeachment articles for the House and it starts the process,” Agema adds.
“Recently, we didn’t own the House and the Senate, but Republicans do now, and the purpose of it really is we’re a nation of laws and separation of powers.” the Committeeman urges.
He adds, “It lets the president, Obama, know that we’re not going to put up with his ability to go around the Constitution. Secondly, it warns any future president that he doesn’t have that right either, and it encourages the base to get involved.”
While many on the right will champion the impeachment move, others will question its usefulness now Obama is in the final year of office.
Last month, GOP frontrunner Donald Trump told Infowars’ Alex Jones that in his view impeachment wouldn’t be a good idea.
“The best thing that we have going with Obama is that he’s got a year left,” Trump said during the interview
“So don’t make him a martyr?” Jones asked.
“In a way you’ll make him a martyr,” Trump responded.
