There are tough, good, canny hardworking people who are happily supporting Mr. Punk.   They see in him promise, hope, toughness, anti status quo postures that are appealing.  They don’t mind a happy middle finger to the fatuousness of American politics.

Good.  Tough.  Hard working.  Canny.  Street smart folk.  That is the wonder of it.

These type of folk know a punk for a punk.  A user and manipulator for a user and manipulator.  A scammer for a scammer.  A sucker player for a sucker player.  A know nothing bluffer for what he is.  The strength of a punk still belongs to a punk.
