Breaking News: Obama Officially Begins Elderly & Disabled Disarmament Program!

This is not a joke, not a drill, not an exaggeration. The clock is now ticking.
Today, the Social Security Administration (SSA) published a rule change in the Federal Register informing Americans that the agency has officially begun Obama’s disarmament plan.
Even executive orders have to follow a legal process. This announcement is that process.
The rule change officially sets into motion a gun control policy we have been warning about for weeks. Earlier this year, Obama announced a number of gun control executive orders.
Last week, the White House unveiled its initiative to force so-called “smart gun” technology onto the market. This week, they’re beginning the process of disarming the elderly!
Here is how the law is written. In order for someone to be disarmed or added to the prohibited purchaser list, they must meet certain criteria.
(1) They must be convicted of a felony or, in some cases, a violent misdemeanor;
(2) They must be involuntarily admitted to a mental health facility;
(3) They must be adjudicated to be “mentally defective” in a court of law;
(4) They must be addicted to an illegal substance;
(5) They must be an illegal alien;
(6) They must be dishonorably discharged from the military; or
(7) They must have renounced their US citizenship.
Telling the SSA that you need help managing your finances is not a disqualifier. The Obama administration is literally just making up a new way to take away people’s guns.
There are plenty of people who are just bad at managing money who need a little help. I know that if it weren’t for my fiancée, half of my bills wouldn’t get paid on time.
Other retired or disabled Americans don’t have cars or can’t drive and need family members to be able to deposit their benefits checks or buy their groceries. That doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to own a gun anymore!
Honestly, the reasoning behind it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter why someone assigns a designated or representative payee. It is flat-out illegal and unconstitutional to use that as reasoning behind disarmament!
Obama has given the SSA a quota of 75,000 beneficiaries. That is how many people he expects to be disarmed by the time he leaves office.
This CANNOT be allowed to stand!
Here is the good thing. Every executive order, by law, has to go through a 60-day review period.
For as unconstitutional as this is, Obama is still following protocol and submitting this regulation for public and congressional comments.
That means we can still put a stop to it.
Last year, the ATF announced that it was banning some of most popular rifle ammunition in the country.
We were among the first to publicize the rule change and over the following weeks, we sent over 200,000 faxes to Congress demanding that they stop Obama’s ATF. The ATF backed down.
You can still stop this! Don’t just sit back and accept Obama’s new gun control agenda.
There is legislation introduced in Congress that can neuter Obama's anti-gun plans. The Social Security Beneficiary 2nd Amendment Rights Protection Act would stop Obama in his tracks and prohibit any government agency from using a designated payee as an excuse to disarm a beneficiary. The bill has 124 co-sponsors. It will pass, we just need to force a vote on it.
You MUST fight to get this legislation passed immediately.
