Breaking: Judge Issues Nationwide Injunction on Portions of Trump’s Immigration Order
A judge has issued an order temporarily staying portions of Donald Trump’s executive order, signed yesterday. The order is here. Specifically, relevant government officials are:
ENJOINED AND RESTRAINED from, in any manner or by any means, removing individuals with refugee applications approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as part of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, holders of valid immigran and non-immigrant visas, and other individuals from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen, legally authorized to enter the United States.
The bottom line here is that people already approved to come into the country are not going to be put on a plane tonight and taken back.

article II judge in an article II court has no such authority,. it’s all fake! and besides, obama already set the precedent for presidents to ignore lower courts! be gone fool!
executive orders are NOT within the JURISDICTION of LOWER COURTS! and bush and obama have already set precedent for presidents to IGNORE lower court orders!
