Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services is offering home care provider training and a year on the Home Care Registry for no charge to qualified applicants. The training is covered under the WIA program for qualified individuals.

The two-day workshop includes CPR certification, instruction in senior nutrition, ambulating, and skills required for running your own independent homecare business. The program also includes one year on the Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services Home Care Registry.

80% of people on the Registry receive job interviews within 30 days of placement. Home Care Registry does not charge a fee for jobs or referrals.

Home Care Registry is a program of Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services of Contra Costa County, CA. We serve over 800 seniors each year.
