I want the truth. But what is the truth? And how do you know it’s the truth? Many people say things are true, but are they, especially when contradicted and are even proven wrong. And many so-called spiritual truths can’t be proved wrong, so all we can do is accept them with our mind as to whether we believe they are true or not; or, accept them with our feelings – we feel there is the ring of truth about them. And yet, how do we know if our beliefs and feelings are even right and true?
My spiritual path has led me to what I see and understand as being spiritually true. This blog is an expression of where I’m up to – all that I currently believe and feel to be true.

Well, truth works for everyone or it’s false, and it leaves evidence. Fairy stories do not. Don’t rely on feelings because they can and do deceive you. Feeling are an internal chemical reaction to an external and subjectively perceived phenomena, they are unreliable.
This clip is a good example of truth leaving evidence: How Wolves Change Rivers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysa5OBhXz-Q
Add: Where I say truth works for everyone, I mean all life, not just us arrogant monkeys.
I agree with you Pix that truth works or it’s false, you only have to look at nature for that,; but I disagree with you about feelings. Sure they might seem unreliable, but that’s only because we’ve been made to distrust them and were not taught how to use them the right way to uncover the truth of ourselves from our experiences. Had we been, then we’d see the beauty of them and be able to live being wholly trusting and reliant on them, and deriving far more happiness, fulfilment, satisfaction and love than what relying on our brainwashed minds gives us.
